1. Privacy Statement
At WeveCar, we respect the privacy of our dealers and customers. This section outlines how we handle personal information collected through our website and order processing systems.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote for our Truck Campers or sign up for our wholesale program, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, and shipping destination. This data is used solely for processing orders and providing customer service.
2. Offer, Governing Provisions and Re-orders
Any order for our products (including Slide-in Campers, Pop-up Campers, and Hard Shell Modules) which is placed with us, regardless of how placed, is subject to these terms and conditions. All details of orders for camper units will be confirmed with us in writing via Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
3. Delivery, Claims and Force Majeure
Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, delivery of products to a carrier at the seller’s factory (FOB/EXW terms) or other loading point shall constitute delivery to the buyer. Regardless of shipping terms or freight payment, all risk of loss or damage in transit regarding the camper units shall be borne by the buyer.
Claims for Defects
Claims for shortages, manufacturing defects, or other errors in the delivery of products must be made in writing to the seller within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claims by the buyer.
Shipment and Storage
The Buyer shall specify in writing the method of shipment preferred (e.g., Container Load, RORO). In the absence of such specification, the seller may ship the truck campers in any manner it elects. All shipping and delivery dates are approximate and subject to global logistics availability.
4. Consequential Damages and Other Liability
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, WeveCar (Seller) specifically disclaims any liability for:
- Property damage or personal injury damages.
- Penalties, special or punitive damages.
- Damages for lost profits or revenues.
- Loss of use of products or any associated equipment cost of capital.
- Cost of substitute products, facilities or services.
- Downtime, shut-down costs, recall costs, or any other types of economic loss.
This includes claims of the buyer’s customers or any third party for any such damages related to the use of our pickup camper modules.
5. Confidential Information (OEM/ODM)
Seller expends considerable resources to develop, acquire, and safeguard its confidential information, including camper blueprints, CAD designs, and manufacturing techniques. Any confidential information that is disclosed to the buyer (especially during ODM/OEM projects) is disclosed in the strictest confidence.
The Buyer shall not disclose any confidential information to any person, firm, corporation, or other entity. Buyer shall not copy or duplicate any confidential information for its own use or benefit without express written permission.
