What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we can securely process payments from TT. If you have other payment methods, pls free to contact us, send emails to our team.

How long should it take for my carts to arrive?

Ship from our local dealer within 7-10 business days. unless otherwise noted on the product page. If customized carts it needs 10-20 business days to produce and shipping time up to the distance of your country and our factory. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

How can l return items?

To start a return, you can contact us, If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is an extended protection plan?

The Extend Protection Plan begins after the manufacturer’s warranty and protects against mechanical or electrical breakdowns, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by a direct result of a power surge. The plan does not cover accidental damage currently but may be added in the future.

What certificate do you have?

We currently have CE, DOT, and World Factory certifications. Different countries have different certification requirements, please send your needs to our team, and they will verify the specific information for you.
