What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we securely process payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). This is the standard for our wholesale and B2B orders. If you require other payment methods for your truck camper order, please feel free to contact us or send an email to our finance team.
How long is the lead time for Truck Campers?
Local Stock: Units shipped from our local dealer network typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
Custom Factory Orders: For customized pickup campers or bulk dealer orders, production takes 45-50 business days. Shipping time varies based on the distance from our factory to your country. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has dispatched.
Do you provide OEM & ODM services for dealers?
Yes. We specialize in ODM and OEM services for the global truck camper market. We support sample shipments for quality verification and accept bulk customized orders for brands. Additionally, we provide purchasing services for wearable camper parts to support your after-sales maintenance.
What certifications do your campers have?
We currently hold CE, DOT, and World Factory certifications, ensuring our slide-on campers meet international safety standards. Since different countries (like Australia or Germany) have specific import requirements, please send your local regulations to our team, and we will verify compliance for you.
How can I return items or cancel an order?
To start a return, please contact us immediately. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our support team will not be accepted.
What is the Extended Protection Plan?
The Extended Protection Plan begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. It protects against mechanical or electrical breakdowns of the camper module components, including issues from normal wear and tear or power surges. Note: The plan does not currently cover accidental damage.
How can I download the User Manual & Assembly Video?
We provide digital copies of all installation guides, wiring diagrams, and assembly videos. Please contact our support team with your Order Number or Camper Model (e.g., Titan, Polaris), and we will email the files to you directly.
